All the guests present at the Istrian cuisine and wild asparagus promotional evening, have shown great enthusiasm for the Istrian specialties. The event was held at the restaurant "Vigna" of the Relais Monaco in Ponzano Veneto-Treviso (Italy) and was organized by Tourist boards of Umag, Buje and Brtonigla along with the famous gastronomic magazine "Papageno". It was meant primarily for the media representatives and high gastronomy sector entrepreneurs. Among the many guests we can quote Luciano Benetton, the fashion company owner, who expressed his own pleasure while tasting the Istrian specialties, especially the tortellini stuffed with Istrian cattle meat and wild asparagus prepared by Luana Fernetich Ladavac from the restaurant San Rocco.
