Gold medal for the extra virgin olive oil San Rocco

The extra virgin olive oil San Rocco won a gold medal at the event Oleum Olivarum - 14th olive producers meeting and olive oil fair, held in Krasica near the town of Buje. It is a remarkable success among the 120 best Istrian olive oils recorded for the competition, arriving from Istria, Dalmatia and Slovenia. The San Rocco olive oil of the Fernetich family is produced from old olive trees located at the foot of the hotel San Rocco. It is a blend of varieties like Istrian bjelica, buža and leccino and an inevitable ingredient of the cuisine prepared in the gourmet restaurant that makes the delicacies even more irresistible.
